Rasa Smite (Riga) and Raitis Smits (Riga) are media artists and net activists, the founders of the E-LAB media center in Riga (1996), initiators of the Riga Net.radio OZOne and XCHANGE Network (1997), editors and publishers of the Acoustic.Space - net.audio printed issue (1998, 1999).

Maxim Narbrough (London-Riga) is media and sound artist, DJ at Backspace and OZOne Radio (since 1998), co-founder of project AURA - international net.radio ring (1998).

Martins Ratniks (Riga) media, video and sound artist, member of E-LAB and Dj at OZOne Radio, (since 1997); he makes visual concept and design for Acoustic.Space publications (1998, 1999); works with digital video (VJing and video art) and is one of the F5 - digital video artists group (since 1998).

Ervins Broks (Riga), digital video artist and VJ is co-founder and one of the digital video artists from the group F5 (founded in 1998).
