<58> Xchange

Xchange is an audio network (net.audio) for non-commercial internet radio stations and individual producers of audio contents, a provider promoting exchange and link-up via alternative net transfers. Originally initiated by RadioOZOne in 1997 as a platform for internet audio works, Xchange soon transmitted live streams and RealAudio loops from Riga. In order to ensure a comprehensive understanding and a broad spectrum of experiences of acoustic space, the project is constantly developing new concepts in live discussions, testing them in experiments with live programs on the internet.
