ZKM Bodies: Building a Community of People with no Time represents a virtual on-line community. In our society, people do not have the time, parallel to the real world, to have a social life in virtual space Ð unless this life were to be controlled by a kind of software agent. Vesna has visualised ten collaborators of ZKM as three-dimensional 'information people', in which bodiless information of this institution is integrated, and which are given shape again by the representatives with the aid of data, connections and community, of which they are part. Hybrid bodies which, once on-line, no longer require a real presence.
